Employment Law Practice Group

The Employment Law Practice Group covers all aspects of employment, labour and industrial relations law for businesses and senior employees.

Some of the areas in which the Employment Law Practice Group provides counseling includes conducting reviews and regular updates in the form of legal advice and audits of employee contracts, employment handbooks and areas of legal compliance; representation before the labour department; conducting internal corporate investigations of sexual harassment and discrimination claims; and conducting due diligence reviews of employment law liabilities in corporate acquisitions. The Employment Law Practice Group also has extensive experience in drafting policies and codes of conduct for various employers in the IT/ITES sector. This includes interalia, Sexual Harassment Policies, Data Security Policies, Whistleblower Policies and Non-Physical Search Policies.
